Tis the Season for Transporting Food Safely

With the holidays coming up, many people are traveling to be with family - and many people are traveling with food in tow. But what many people don't think of is how to properly bring their food along with me - imagine driving over five hours to be with your family, and bringing your family's favorite dessert or meal with you - only to find, when you arrive, it's all spilled out and you're left with nothing.

Naturally, this is the thing everyone wants to avoid. So how can you ensure this won't happen? The easiest way is to put all of your food into containers, and stack the containers securely in a box. It would often be best to either secure your box with a seat belt if possible -- or, if you can, put it on the floor of your back seat to ensure it will not fall.
